  • ACUTA Member - $549 / $604
  • Non-Member - $709 / $780
  • Special Sunday Pre-Sessions - $169 - "Marketing IT & Developing Partnerships", "DAS Bootcamp (with BICSI Credits)", and "WiFi-Enabled Stadiums".

Your registration includes educational sessions, course materials, exhibit hall, Sunday p.m. reception, Monday dinner, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and coffee breaks.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed.

  • Cancellations received by 9/20/13: Full refund less $25 administration fee if notice of cancellation is received in the ACUTA office by 9/20/13. All unpaid cancelled registrations will be assessed a $25 administration fee.
  • Cancellations received 9/21/13 through 10/4/13: Registration fee must be paid. Credit (less $25 admin. fee) will be issued for cancellation received 9/21/13 through 10/4/13. Credit must be applied to registration for another ACUTA event within one year.
  • Cancellations received after 10/4/13: Registration fee must be paid and is not eligible for refund or credit.

The Renaissance Grand is a premier hotel, situated in the heart of downtown among upscale Washington Avenue restaurants, nightlife, and attractions including the Gateway Arch. This luxury hotel blends unique amenities with classic style, offering plush bedding for an invigorating night of rest and relaxation, an indoor pool, and an outstanding restaurant.

One night’s deposit or credit card is required. Deposit is refunded if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Travel and Transportation

If you are driving to St. Louis, hotel parking is available at an overnight rate of $18 self or $28 valet.

St. Louis is serviced by Lambert - St. Louis International Airport, where you will have access to all major car rental companies. One-way taxi fare from Lambert International is approximately $40 to the hotel. MetroLink subway is $3.50 one way. The closest MetroLink stop is Convention Center Station, which is 2 blocks from the Renaissance Grand.

GO BEST Express Airport Shuttle: A special convention rate has been negotiated with GO BEST. To receive the discounted rate, make reservations online BEFORE 11:59pm, October 1, 2013. Walk-ups will not be eligible for convention rate; standard rates will apply. Please click here to begin your reservation and reserve a seat. The discounted convention rate is $18 one way or $34 round trip per person. Credit cards are required and charged at the time of reservation.

Airline Reservations: Altour (800/274-7135 or 859/277-7135) will help you find the lowest fare and most convenient flights when you identify yourself as an ACUTA attendee. An agent will also assist with upgrades and monitor your reservation for advance changes and any new policies the airlines may put into effect. Altour has a per-ticket transaction fee of $35 (at the time of printing).

Monday Night Event: Lucas Park Grille Restaurant

Lucas Park Grille is a breathtaking standout in the progressive Washington Avenue Loft District, a short walk from the Renaissance Grand. In our private room, we will enjoy appetizers followed by a three-course meal with entrée choices, iced tea, soda, and coffee. One drink ticket per person will also be provided for a beer, glass of wine, or house liquor. A cash bar will be available.

This event is included for all fully registered attendees and those exhibitors who have purchased a social registration. Guests and additional exhibitors are welcome to attend for a $46 fee. (Space is limited). ACUTA policy prohibits children under age 16 from attending this event.

Things to do in St. Louis

Visit St. Louis online and see the long list of wonderful things to do and see. Here are just a few and many of them are free! Gateway Arch; riverboat cruises; Annheuser-Busch Brewery Tours; Forest Park Zoo, Art Museum, History Museum, Science Center, and more; Grant’s Farm animal shows, petting area, and tram ride through the wildlife preserve; 170-year-old Old Cathedral; Union Station; and so much more. St. Louis is a wonderfully eclectic city where old meets new in so many interesting ways.
