RFI / RFP Information
Our goal with this page is to provide ACUTA institutional members a location on the website to post and view RFI / RFP documents. This information could also be used by other institutional members as sample RFIs and RFPs, as well as benefit our corporate affiliate members who gain access to the bidding process. ACUTA Corporate Affiliate Members are encouraged to periodically review postings and respond as appropriate. To be notified when a new submission is added, please email Amy Burton

How to Submit an RFI / RFP Document
Attach your document (Acrobat PDF, Word, Excel) to an email and send it to
Aaron Fuehrer.
Submissions will be available on this page for 60 days and after that will be placed in the ACUTA Resource Library with other existing RFI and RFP documents unless otherwise instructed.
Submission & Viewing Policy
- Only ACUTA and its members (institutional, associate, and emeritus) will be allowed to submit items for inclusion.
- Only ACUTA and its members (institutional, corporate, associate, and emeritus) will be allowed access to read the submitted items. The RFI / RFP documents will be in Acrobat PDF format and will require an ACUTA web account password to access.
- All submissions are reviewed for appropriate content.
