- ACUTA Member - $475 / $525
- Non-Member - $635 / $685
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed.
- Cancellations received by 10/8/10: Full refund less $25 administration fee if notice of cancellation is received in the ACUTA by 10/8/10. All unpaid cancelled registrations will be assessed a $25 administration fee.
- Cancellations received 10/9/10 through 10/22/10: Registration fee must be paid. Credit (less $25 admin. fee) will be issued for cancellation received 10/9/10 through 10/22/10. Credit must be applied to registration for another ACUTA event within one year.
- Cancellations received after 10/22/10: Registration fee must be paid and is not eligible for refund or credit.

Be sure to mention ACUTA when you make your reservation to receive the special rate. A credit card is required to make, hold, or confirm a reservation. The card will not be charged prior to arrival. (The Sheraton accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard,and Visa.) If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please notify the hotel and secure a cancellation number at least 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
ACUTA encourages you to make your reservation early as the number of rooms available in the ACUTA block is limited. If the block is filled prior to the cut-off date (9/17/10), rooms will be confirmed on a space-available basis.
Travel and Transportation
Delta/Northwest ACUTA Discount: ACUTA has negotiated airfare discounts on Delta, Northwest and KLM flights. The discount is 5-7% on full/non-restricted fares; 2-5% on discounted/restricted fares. Hotel Parking: There is no charge for hotel parking for registered guests.
Taxi Fare: From Dulles (IAD), your 10-minute taxi ride will cost approximately $30 (each way). From Ronald Reagan National (DCA), the ride is 20 minutes and the fare $45. Monday Night Event - Maggiano’s Little Italy at Tysons Corner Galleria
Maggiano’s Little Italy offers the best in Italian-American cuisine in a comfortable—yet elegant—atmosphere. They specialize in fresh ingredients and meals made from scratch. The restaurant is located close to the Sheraton Premiere in the Tysons Corner Galleria Mall, an upscale shopping and dining center.
We will enjoy a private dining room and family-style meal service consisting of appetizers, salads, pastas, entrees, and desserts. You will be provided with one drink ticket for a glass of wine or beer, and a cash bar will also be available. Coffee, tea, iced tea, and sodas are included.
Transportation to and from the restaurant will be provided.
This event is included for all fully registered attendees and those exhibitors who have purchased a social registration. Guests and additional exhibitors are welcome to attend for a $49 fee. (Space is limited.) ACUTA policy prohibits children under age 16 from attending this event.
