Levels of Corporate Membership
ACUTA offers four levels of Corporate Affiliate Membership from which to choose. The annual membership dues investment ranges from $3,214 for the corporate representative plus up to eleven employees, to $763 for the corporate representative plus one employee. There is a level of membership to fit every company size and budget.

What We Offer Corporate Members
Exposure
Corporate Affiliate membership brings increased company exposure to our Institutional members. These members are typically Director level or higher and are responsible for data, video communications and networks in addition to traditional telephony. Membership features include:
- Hot link from the ACUTA web page to your corporate web site (through Member Search)
- Online searchable database of your company's Products and Services
- Company representatives listed in Annual Membership Directory, as well as the online searchable membership database
- Company profiles in ACUTA eNews for new members
Marketing Tools
- Discounts on ACUTA mailing list rentals
- Access to online ACUTA Membership Directory PDF
- Access to the online searchable membership database
- Discounts on tradeshow exhibit space
- Ability to participate with a Corporate Presentation at seminars/conferences

All designated company representatives will receive:
- Subscription to monthly ACUTA eNews and quarterly Journal of Information Communications Technology in Higher Education
- Brochures on Seminars and Annual Conference and other mailings regarding ACUTA activities and events
- Email alerts on legislative/regulatory issues
- Access to the online ACUTA Community (formerly the Listserv)
- Access to member-only resources on the web
- Access to ACUTA RFI/RFP web page.
- Submissions allowed to ACUTA online Press Room
ACUTA's staff in our Lexington headquarters office is also available to assist you by providing information about ACUTA members and the higher education market.
Opportunities to Meet Customers
At ACUTA's Seminars and Annual Conference, you will have the opportunity to meet and network with hundreds of university ICT managers - your current and potential customers. Attendance at ACUTA events is the single most cost- effective method to meet customers in the higher educaiton market. Corporate members receive substantial discounts on registration fees for these events.
Exhibit/Sponsorship Priority
Your company will receive membership bonus points toward exhibit booth space and sponsorships at ACUTA events.
